After many years of analyzing, identifying, and improving processes we are uniquely positioned to develop a strategic roadmap that delivers solutions for challenges impacting our nation’s defense.

The Team
Our CEO and co-founder, Ramon Mayfield, oversees the strategic direction and growth of Strategic Sight. He successfully serves clients with his expertise in developing strategy, execution, and extensive knowledge of government program operations. A military veteran who served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, and multiple combat deployments, he honorably separated from the Marine Corps in pursuit of a career in defense contracting where he could still provide support to his brothers and sisters in uniform.
His passion for seeing others succeed allows him to connect with people. He is a proven leader who shares leadership principles and attains an understanding of how to incorporate high values into business strategies. His professional and personal experiences aid in developing an effective strategic approach to business growth by implementing accountability and tactical excellence in the clients he serves.
He relishes the opportunity to mentor leaders, help them maximize their true potential, and share what he has learned throughout his 20+ years of professional experience, in and out of the military.
Ramon earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
Our COO and co-founder, Tiara Jones, is passionate about helping high-achieving entrepreneurs bring their business visions to life while creating the foundation they need to develop and grow a scalable business. As an entrepreneur, she understands the challenges involved in building a business from the ground up. She believes that given the right tools and strategies, business owners can create a sustainable business that will provide a positive long-lasting financial impact.
Before diving into consulting full time, Tiara gained 11 years of corporate experience, including 5 years with a leading nonprofit venture capital firm, offering evaluations for start-up companies and identifying opportunities for how they can improve. Through her down-to-earth partnership approach, she has guided dozens of happy clients through implementing their ideas, positioning their new concept, and executing their vision.
Using her personal experience as a business owner, coupled with her analytical background, she brings a fresh perspective to her clients and has the skills to find the “missing pieces of the puzzle.”
Tiara earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from George Washington University after completing her Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering at Old Dominion University.
