What We Strive For
Who We Are
When starting a business, it’s really easy to get tunnel vision. Strategic Sight Consulting provides guidance and insight to identify the bigger vision and propel our clients forward with their idea.
We have successfully amassed a combined 30 years of experience supporting start-up companies, intelligence community professionals, and multiple government agencies. After many years of analyzing, identifying, and improving processes we noticed a key step in the product development process that was not being utilized but had the potential to save agencies thousands of dollars.
We were inspired to create our own streamlined process for developing and beta testing new business ideas that will be a game-changer for entrepreneurs. Our seamless and cohesive system will not only save valuable time and money but also prevent sinking resources into products that are not needed in the marketplace.
We are committed to serving our clients with a professional, trustworthy, and transparent consulting experience. Our trademarked signature method, IDEA Blueprint®, is designed for those who are new to entrepreneurship or have been in business for less than three years and want to create marketable products and services using their expertise and creative skills.
We are passionate about what we do. Reach out if you are too.
Our CEO and co-founder, Ramon Mayfield oversees the strategic direction and growth of Strategic Sight. He successfully serves clients with his expertise in developing strategy, execution, and extensive knowledge through the government proposal and contract bidding process. A military veteran who served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, and multiple combat deployments, he honorably separated from the Marine Corps in pursuit of a career in defense contracting where he could still provide support to his brothers and sisters in uniform.
His passion for seeing others succeed allows him to connect with people. He is a proven leader who shares leadership principles and attains an understanding of how to incorporate high values into business strategies. His professional and personal experiences aid in developing an effective strategic approach to business growth by implementing accountability and tactical excellence in the clients he serves.
He relishes the opportunity to mentor leaders, help them maximize their true potential, and share what he has learned throughout his 20+ years of professional experience, in and out of the military.
Ramon earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, from George Mason University.
Our COO and co-founder, Tiara Jones, is passionate about helping high-achieving entrepreneurs bring their business visions to life while creating the foundation they need to develop and grow a scalable business. As an entrepreneur, she understands the challenges involved in building a business from the ground up. Through her down-to-earth partnership approach, she has guided dozens of happy clients through implementing their ideas, positioning their new concept, and executing their vision.
Using her personal experience as a business owner, coupled with her analytical background, she brings a fresh perspective to her clients and has the skills to find the “missing pieces of the puzzle.”
